A good strategy starts with identifying the handful of factors, the ‘hot buttons’, which when pushed will make the greatest contribution to improved performance.
Because our approach to strategy typically integrates a component of research and analysis, we find the STRATEGY becomes self evident. The most effective strategies are usually a delicate balance between simplicity and insight.
Despite this, we find that most companies who think they have a strategy really only have a 'wish list'.
